Arrivals and Departures:

Apartments are ready at 14:00 on the day of your arrival. In case you arrive after 19:00, we would appreciate being informed beforehand by telephone or email.
On the day of departure, apartments must be vacated by 10:00.

Surcharges and Discounts:

• local tax: € 3,20 per person and night
• short-stay surcharge for up to 5 nights: apartment 43 m²: € 20.00 per night, apartments 58 m², 66 m² and 73 m²: € 40.00 per night
• final cleaning fee in the apartments: € 50.00 per apartment and stay

Bookings and Cancellations:

• Reservations and cancellations must be made in written form, i.e. per fax, email or mail.
• We will confirm your booking once we have received your deposit of € 200.00 per person. Please make your deposit per transfer to our bank account:

• In case of cancellation, deposits will be held as cancellation fees, unless your booking has been cancelled within the allowed time frame. If arriving late or leaving early, we charge you the full room price (excluding board). The Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions (= österr. Hotelvertragsbedingungen) apply here. We recommend you taking out travel insurance.
• We accept cash, EC bank card, VISA, and Mastercard.
